Hello; I had to order some flowers for my friend due to the unfortunate passing of her Mother. As my friend lives in Port Robinson, I was a little conflicted as to where to order flowers from. Do I choose Thorold, Niagara Falls or Welland? I googled some options and took a stab in the dark with Bella’s and Blooms. I’m so glad I did. Right from the start when I spoke to Katelyn about my budget and needs I could tell I picked the right place and was in good hands. There was some confusion about the address where the flowers were to be delivered which was caught and corrected with immediate follow up. Their prices were fair and are in line with what I expected to pay. Even after hours they attended to my emails which was a pleasant surprise. This business exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use their services and order flowers again from them. Take my advice and use Bella’s and Blooms as your go to florist. My 102 year old aunt loved the Easter bouquet she received! But what she also enjoyed was the delivery man who brought in her flowers and had a wonderful conversation with her!!

The arrangement was more beautiful than I expected! The delivery was just as requested and the price reasonable. I will definitely order from here again.
