We have used Bella's and Blooms on a few occasions and we are never disappointed. We live a distance away and its great to be able to send beautiful flowers to our daughter and grand daughters, on special occasions. Easy to use website and never a concern with the delivery. The arrangement was beautiful. She was very happy with it and surprised. Thank you for delivering it earlier than expected. Will definitely keep recommending this florist. The one in Port Colborne is where I usually go and because this delivery was in Welland thought I would give them a try and was very happy with the arrangement and delivery.
