It has a pleasure to order flowers from Bloom and Bella. Donna was very helpful to decide what to purchase I asked to send a picture of the arrangement and they sent an email It was very appreciated as I live in a different province My sister loved the arrangement. It was vibrant and cheery and just what she needed Thank you and I will call again Rosalia

Very pleasant and helpful when I placed the order. The recipient was happy with the flowers. I would use Bella’s and Blooms again when ordering in the Niagara Region.
